Not suitable for infants or children under 12 years
Do not use continuously for more than seven consecutive days. If symptoms persist consult your doctor.
Do not exceed the stated dose.
If you are pregnant or taking other medicines or are under a doctor’s care consult your doctor before using Otrivine.
For adults and children over 12 years: one application in each nostril 2 or 3 times daily.
For reasons of hygiene do not use this bottle more than 28 days after first opening it.
Each Otrivine pack should be used by one person only to prevent any corss infection.
Do not use after the expiry date given.
Store below 25°C.

Active Ingredient: Contains Xylometazoline Hydrochloride (0.1% w/v)
Also contains: Hypromellose, Sodium chloride, Sorbitol, Sodium phosphate, Sodium acid phosphate, Disodium edetate, Benzalkonium chloride and Purified water.
Common:
Headache.
Nasal dryness or discomfort.
Nausea.
Burning sensation in the nose and throat.
Uncommon:
Nosebleeds.
Very Rare:
Allergic reactions (e.g., rash, itching, swelling).
Visual disturbances.
Irregular or increased heart rate.
Age Restriction: Not suitable for children under 12 years.
Duration of Use: Do not use for more than 7 consecutive days to avoid rebound congestion.
Contraindications: Avoid use if you have:
Allergy to xylometazoline or any ingredients.
Recent trans-nasal surgery or removal of the pituitary gland.
Narrow-angle glaucoma.
Chronic nasal inflammation with very dry nasal passages (rhinitis sicca or atrophic rhinitis).
Medical Conditions: Use with caution if you have high blood pressure, heart disease, hyperthyroidism, diabetes, or an enlarged prostate.
Pregnancy and Breastfeeding: Consult your doctor before use.
Drug Interactions: Do not use if taking or have taken monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs) in the last 14 days.
Excipients: Contains benzalkonium chloride, which may cause nasal irritation.
